Therapeutic Yoga
Yoga has been used as a tool for transformation for centuries, to enable individuals to foster a connection to their innate wisdom and capacity. Current research in psychology and neuroscience increasingly shows that longterm recovery and healing from experiences such as chronic stress, PTSD, anxiety and depression does not only take place in the head, but through the body. Therapeutic yoga is powerful tool in recovery from these and other problematic experiences by connecting our thoughts with our day to day experience and responses to the world.
Our yoga therapists can work with you individually and in groups to address specific concerns or simply to help you tap into your own capacity to facilitate personal growth.
