Wellness Coaching
Coaching plans are developed on a one on one, basis with you and your wellness coach to meet your specific needs and work with your schedule.
Yoga Therapy
$100 - 50 minute session
$150 - 80 minute session

Insurance
Some insurances are accepted for psychotherapy services. Insurance accepted as in-network: University of Utah, Huntsman Mental Health Institute Insurance (HMHI) and Educators Mutual.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions:
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please inquire with your therapist or wellness coach.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Payment Cash and Check. Payment is expected at the time of service or you can pay your bill online with Square Marketplace
